IN MATINO (HISTORICAL CENTER), 10 MINUTES FROM GALLIPOLI AND A FEW KM FROM THE MOST BEAUTIFUL TOURIST AND BATHING AREAS OF SALENTO (LECCE, OTRANTO, CASTRO, SANTA MARIA DI LEUCA, SANTA CESAREA, MALDIVES OF SALENTO), SPLENDID APARTMENT FOR RENT ' SERVICES. THE PROPERTY (WITH ANCIENT BARREL VAULT) HAS BEEN RENOVATED AND EQUIPPED WITH EVERY COMFORT: EQUIPPED KITCHEN, TV, BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY ROOM, CLIMATE, NEW FURNITURE, TERRACE WITH PANORAMIC VIEW OF THE COUNTRY.
The historic center is the heart of the town, where the oldest palaces and churches of the town are present, as well as underground oil mills and charming alleys to walk on, with the possibility of attending festivals and events that lead back to the flavors and traditions of once. The apartment is located a few meters from the town hall near the Apulian People 's Bank. Given the central location, tobacconists, bars, supermarkets, cafeteria / pizzeria, gardens, pharmacy, are all within walking distance.
