This is this small house with rustic charm, an intimate and warm studio furnished with taste and character, a real gem that welcomes with a lovely outdoor area at the entrance with table and chairs ideal for slow breakfasts and outdoor dinners. Inside, a bright living room with dining area and working fireplace makes the environment welcoming in every season, the kitchenette with induction cookers is complete and functional.
The sleeping area on the mezzanine has a double bed while downstairs there is a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for accommodating up to three people. Full bathroom with shower box.
Available to guests: air conditioning on the mezzanine, Wi-Fi and washing machine.
Matino is known for its authentic and relaxed atmosphere, between culture, local traditions and architectural beauties of Southern Italy, the structure is located in the ancient village between noble palaces and slow life, in a strategic position a few minutes from Gallipoli, Baia Verde, Punta della Suina, Natural Park of Punta Pizzo, Ugento, Torre San Giovanni and Santa Maria di Leuca, ideal for experiencing sea, nature, typical villages and local traditions.
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8
