Property was fine but just like any other hotel, no benefit to pay extra or VIP it was a standard hotel room that I could stayed in an equivalent for for half the price elsewhere in New Plymouth

Great location, staff were so nice and the hotel is lovely. Bed was super comfy, parking worked out fine and the owner kindly helped us with our luggage. Would stay here again.

Our short one night stay was comfortable, clean and the room well appointed even though slightly dated. Bedding was good. And staff had turned on the heating for our arrival on a cold wet windy afternoon which was a nice touch. The checkin staff were friendly and helpful.
