Family run hotel with unbelievable staff. Nothing too much trouble. Beautiful position overlooking marina. Wish we could have stayed longer. A real gem!

It was a great property and the staff were so helpful. The pool and outdoors areas were fantastic and the view was great. The staff allowed us to checkout a couple of hours later as we were not flying out until evening. The only downfall was the food was plentiful the quality of meals could have been a little better. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location is good, close to Port and Airport. The Room was pleasant and clean with a comfortable Bed. Staff was very friendly.

A special mention to Maria at the property who attended to my request prior to arrival. Maria is a real asset to the property.

The view is spectacular! The Breakfast with the view is Amazing! The staff are really helpful and sent us to a great restaurant and organised a great airport taxi pick up. Older style rooms.

What a perfect location, close and within walking distance to absolutely everything. The room was quite large by European standards, modern bathroom, comfortable bed. Yay, bathrobes! The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Nice to have a complimentary breakfast before heading out for the day. If we were ever back in Athens, we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. You won't go wrong at Plaka Arch Suites.

This hotel was amazing! There is not a single thing I can say to fault it at all. From the moment I walked in the Door right through to the last day of my stay, the staff were attentive . The rooftop bar was absolutely incredible with stunning views of the Acropolis and a Delicious menu to march. I would definitely stay here again and am recommending to all of my friends

Cannot beat the view from the dining room on the eighth floor

Stayed at the Pinnacle for 3 nights, when we got there, we were welcomed by Yiota and were given a full overview of the property as well as the surroundings, Yiota was very kind and helpful and was a pleasure to chat with. The view of Acropolis from the rooftop was amazing. We had a great stay at the Pinnacle hotel and will be sure to suggest it to our friends and family. When we return to Athens, we will be sure to come back and stay there again.

Great location, close to Acropolis , Metro and doubling bus, owner and daughter very helpful and breakfast on rooftop superb, only issue in the area is the touting for your custom at restaurants,

Convenient location close to main sites and restaurants. Very helpful reception staff, gave excellent directions. Room well appointed and comfortable with excellent views of Parthenon from the balcony. The rooftop bar also has fabulous panoramic views, and Chris, the barman, provided great service and conversation. An excellent hotel all round.

The property was a first rate hotel. The staff were exceptional and friendly.The amenities were beautiful. Can not fault this property. Very modern and the breakfast bar had many wonderful surprises.

The location was perfect! Right in the centre of Psyrri, short walking distance to Plaka, Monistiraki and Ermou shopping. Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.
