"Stayed for student move in. Location is easy to get to from interstate and MSState, close to gas, food and some shopping. Room was clean. We didn’t use gym or pool but seemed fine. "This was perfect for our trip from out of state to catch a football game. It was a great price and there was more than enough room for our group of 4. Only knock was a few cockroaches we came across, but only two really isn’t a deal breaker. The rest of the house was clean and ready for our stay"
