If you aren't interested in the pool party, you don't have many options. The food in the room is over the top $$$. But the decor of the lobby is beautiful. The area is safe and you have lots of beautiful walking around. The room was clean, but not clean, cleaned! We saw hair on the counters, etc...

Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Miami. From the second you walk in the staff are phenomenal and attentive. Earthy vibes throughout and delicious restaurants.

We have stayed in many properties on South Beach, and this was absolutely our favorite. The staff is so helpful. Everyone is chill and yet attentive. You don't order food at the beach and wait an hour for delivery. Everything is kind, thorough, thoughtful. The cleaning service is mindful, leaving little extras that you use more of than others, everyone greets you, the service is friendly, but not overly eager. Folks-be kind to the beach staff. They have no control over the weather and when umbrellas have to go up and down. Those humans on the beach were some of the most patient people I've ever seen, dealing with complaints about THE WEATHER, or the staff not wanting guests to be speared by flying umbrellas in storms. Those are tough jobs, and they do them so well. Will happily stay here again.
