- This little chunk of paradise is located RIGHT ON THE DELAWARE RIVER in Pennsylvania's Tri-state area (NY/NJ/PA). This spot has a little bit of everything, the perfect combination of city and seclusion!
This home is a renovated ranch style home that offers single floor living with an open floor plan. Cathedral ceilings in the living room and master suite (attached bath) give this home a very spacious feel. Your views are of trees and flowing water! Your living room leads to your deck overlooking backyard space and The Delaware River! You may wish to experience some local waterfalls, stroll through the small towns of Milford, PA and/or Port Jervis, NY, kayak/tube the river, or you may be completely content sitting back, relaxing and watching the river rolls by!
