With three bathrooms that include refreshing showers, guests can easily get ready for the day or clean up after a beautiful day on the water. The townhome offers both heating and AC, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere no matter the season. Relax in the soothing environment and take in the beautiful design throughout the home. We rented this property this last weekend to go fishing and just sit around and have a good time with friends. The property first off is no more than three minutes from the harbor where you launch your boat once you clear the no wake zone. What was perfect, is a boat slip where you can secure your boat in the backyard of the rental property. The property was really nice, a three story narrow house or condo, but perfect for what we needed. It was very clean, exactly what you see advertised on VRBO. The accommodations, the furnishings, were very nice and very comfortable, I recommend anyone that wants a long weekend in the Matagorda area to highly consider this property.
