The home features a fully stocked kitchen with a large island, making it easy to cook meals and gather together before or after a day on the water.
Enjoy the extra upstairs sitting area, perfect for hanging out, reading, or having a little extra space to unwind. Step outside to multiple decks with beautiful views, great for morning coffee or evening sunsets.
You can also fish right from the canal in the backyard, or take a short drive to Matagorda’s top fishing spots and the beach.
This home is set up for simple, comfortable coastal vacations - perfect for families, fishermen, and anyone looking to relax by the water.
