Water pressure and hot water was not great. If you have your own transport then location is not a problem otherwise be prepared to walk ~1 ..."

"Run down property. Window frame shakes and rattles in the wind. It's functional and does the job, but not worth the asking price. If it had been at least RM50 cheaper would still be acceptable. In dire need of refurbishment."
