Very friendly staff. Dinner was conveniently offered in the hotel restaurant. Beautiful view if the weather cooperates. If there is fog or rain you can’t really see the view from behind the hotel.

We loved our 2 night stay at the Bergwelt Grindelwald! Our room was beautiful with a comfortable bed. The staff were all so helpful and friendly including assisting us with our Jungfrau reservation. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and had a huge variety of foods to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was odd to be in a hotel with almost no employees, but we figured it out. Our last night there was a very loud party at the bar just under our window. It ended at 12:00, but it still gave us a bad night's sleep.

We stayed for one night prior to catching Bernina express. Hotel receptionist was very welcoming, we stayed in oldest room in Chur which is a curiosity and comfortable for the night. The hotel is being decorated hence 4star on condition of public areas. No disturbance though outside 8-5pm
