  • Our home is located 3 blocks from marina and the Bay, short drive to Fire Island National Seashore and Smith Point Ocean Beach. It is newly renovated, with central air, 3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open concept kitchen and dining room, living room, Netflix, WiFi, fenced backyard, patio with outdoor furniture, BBQ and outdoor ping-pong table. It provides great space for family and friends, (pets are considered) to hang out, and relax; it is good starting point for exploring many local attractions:
    - 3 blocks to marina on the bay
    - about 5 min. by bike or car to William Floyd Estate.
    - about 15 min by car to Wertheim National Wildlife Refuge
    -about 10 min by car to Smith Point Ocean Beaches where you can enjoy swimming, paddle-boarding, surfing, fishing
    - about 25 min by car to Westhampton Beach
    -about 30 min to Riverhead: Splish-Splash Water Park, and Aquarium
    -about 1 hour and 30 min to Manhattan by car or train
