"Property perfectly sited in heart of Mastichari. Welcome at airport by Michael and son. No criticism whatsoever as they made us feel welcome. Problem is with the local authorities who for many years have allowed the area around the pier to smell strongly of raw sewage. I feel very sorry for owners such as Michael who, try their best but seem to be hampered by a local authority who do not care."

"We had a great stay. We had two rooms and they were able to accommodate our group so that we could stay on the same floor together. The beautiful and massive patio space was an added treat. Very hospitable and helpful staff. Would definitely return."

"A nice hotel but as it was the start of the season, a little disorganised in terms of the rooms, what was provided etc. The first room allocated was under the bar and very noisy at night. There were also constant issues with corridor lighting not being turned off. We moved rooms eventually, which did help. However, overall I wouldn't go back because of the noise issue and the general quality of some of the rooms."

"Very spacious clean 2 room apartment with huge bed! Attractively tiled bathroom. Lovely views across Kefalos bay. Just off the beach road so very quiet. Beautiful gardens. Hosts are very helpful. The shower was probably the most powerful I've experienced in Greece, though use at full power gives a rather wet bathroom floor. Kitchen facilities very good. Might be worth considering adding insect screens to windows."

"A lovely but basic apartment right on the beach with a small pool. Had the pool to ourselves most the time. There is a bus stop opposite or about 20 mins walk to centre. We were out of check in time so emailed but received no response, we called and they had received email. They sort check in so if you don't have a reply it will all be fine "

"Nektarios is a wonderful host for his hotel! He was available to check us in super late (thanks to the late ferry from Kos) and had fresh fruit, water, and wine waiting for us. The wifi was strong and the room was beautiful and clean, with daily housekeeping included. We were on the top floor (a lot of stairs, but I don't mind a little workout after all the food I eat), so our view of Telendos Island was breathtaking! The location was prime! "Liked the views, the location which was close to stores, drinking water supply , restaurants, and the beach. Housekeeping and air conditioning good. Minor issues like shower curtain a bit short so floor always wet. "
