"Communication was wonderful. Response time was quick. They allowed us to check in really late due to our travel issue with no issues at all. The cabin was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in by far. Not even a speck of dust. "We enjoyed our stay and our room was wonderful. Our only problem was with the morning staff at the Starbucks cafe. Both mornings we ordered from the same staff member they were rude and inconsiderate. We didn’t do anything wrong and did not understand why this staff member was rude to us. We only ordered two coffees and two food items. "
