Cozy Studio Apartment With Park View / Pet-Friendly Neighborhood & Pool Access

Our studio apartment is newly renovated and has it's own private entrance in front of the driveway! Your outdoor area will come with tables and chairs and even access to the pool when you let us know ahead of time! Inside you have a spacious living room that comes with a Queen sized Murphy Bed that can be stored away for more space! A Queen sized Pull-Out Sofa bed that can sleep 2, and a 4K 43" Roku TV Connected to reliable internet! The kitchen is equipped with a stove-top, oven, toaster, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, pots and pans.

The bathroom was made to impress! Light a candle and relax in the marble tub with a snack or drink! As always we store clean towels after each guest. And if there is anything missing, please contact us 24/7 so we can assist you at any time.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting family, friends, or just in town to sightsee. The property was well managed, exactly as described & displayed in the photos, and accessible to other boroughs (Bronx, Brooklyn, & Queens). Despite it being attached to the main house, guests still have full privacy of the suite. Would stay here again when possible!
