Private infinity pool, sea view, garden and free parking - Villa Raffaella is the perfect holiday retreat in a stylish, relaxing environment.

Villa Raffaella has the power to make anyone want a holiday. Located in a quiet area near Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, this villa has a total floor area of 130 square meters spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. For extra convenience, it is better to have a car, which you’ll be able to park inside the property.

Not included in the price, to be paid on site upon arrival in cash:

• Tourist tax 3,00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights from 1/04 to 31/10. Children under 18 years do not pay
• Final cleaning 80,00 euros
• Heating not included. Will be charged 100,00 Euros per week of use to be paid on site.
• For arrival after 8:00 PM until midnight a late arrival fee of 60,00 euros will be requested. For arrivals after midnight a late arrival fee of 80,00 euros will be requested.

The outdoor spaces at the villa boast a well-kept garden with fruit trees, a table-tennis table, a pool area with infinity pool (6 x 4 m e 1,3 m deep), deck chairs, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There is also a terrace paved in Massa stone and shaded with a pergola, where you will find a table and chairs, an outdoor kitchen, a BBQ and a wood-burning oven. The oven should only be used whilst supervised by the pizza chef. All outdoor areas look out over the sea, and the view is spectacular wherever you are.

Inside, on the ground floor, is a cosy living room with a sofa, armchairs, smart TV and computer. Also on this floor is a well-equipped kitchen with a table for 6. Both rooms have French windows that open out onto the first terrace.

On the first floor, there is a second terrace overlooking the sea. It covers approx. 25 m2, is shaded by a pergola and is furnished with tables and chairs.

Access to the villa is via a narrow road and is not suitable for large vehicles. You’ll be able to park for free on the premises in a private parking area, where there is room for up to three small cars (Fiat Punto or smaller). Access to Villa Raffaella is via a narrow road which is not suitable for large SUVs, campervans or caravans. We recommend a small car.

• Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (can be converted into 2 single beds on request), TV, air conditioning and heating, French windows opening onto the second terrace
• Bathroom 2: Sink, toilet, bidet, jacuzzi and hairdryer, access from the corridor
