Set among centuries-old olive trees, the villa overlooks the Gulf of Naples, Capri and the surrounding islands, offering an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere where history, wide open views and generous spaces come together. Sleeping 16 across multiple levels and an independent garden suite, it combines privacy with shared spaces designed for living the villa at your own pace.

Managed by the local experts at Feeling Italy in the quiet countryside of Acquara, Massa Lubrense, the property includes daily light housekeeping from Monday to Saturday. The Space:

Villa Aragona is arranged over a main building and an independent garden suite:

Ground Floor: two living areas with antique majolica (one with a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children), 1 double bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a single sofa bed in a rustic living area, 1 bathroom with shower, and an ancient room with a traditional wood-fired oven for pizza nights, opening to the garden.



First Floor: 3 double bedrooms (2 with sea views, 1 quieter internal room), 2 en-suite bathrooms plus 1 private bathroom in the corridor. All beds can be split into twins on request.

Second Floor: master suite with en-suite bathroom, two living areas with sea views (one with TV), a fully equipped rustic kitchen with dining area, 1 additional full bathroom, a balcony with laundry area, and a spacious panoramic terrace with views over the sea, Ischia and Capri.

Garden suite (independent annexe): two levels with 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom (lower level can be twin), and a private terrace.

Step outside into terraced gardens with olive and lemon groves and panoramic viewpoints. Cool off in the private swimming pool (6 x 3 m) and jacuzzi, framed by sun loungers, shaded patios and beautifully furnished terraces perfect for al fresco dining and sunset moments overlooking Capri and the sea. A small poolside guest bathroom adds extra comfort for outdoor living.

A SITA bus stop is within walking distance. While a car offers greater independence, it is not essential: our Concierge team can arrange private transfers, drivers, boat tours and excursions throughout your stay.

Arrival and Check-In Information

Check-in / Check-out: personal check-in between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.



Daily cleanings: daily light housekeeping is included from Monday to Saturday, always with full respect for guests' privacy.



Accessibility: due to the historic layout, multiple levels and outdoor steps, the villa is not suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations or wheelchair users.



Wood-fired oven: the wood-fired oven is reserved exclusively for use by professional pizza chefs authorized by Feeling Italy. This service can be arranged through our Concierge team. Please contact us in advance for availability and pricing details.



Parking: a spacious private parking area is available on site, suitable for SUVs and minivans.



City tax: €3 per adult per day for the first 7 nights, payable in cash upon arrival.



Events and Weddings

The property hosts small private celebrations and weddings (subject to approval). All coordination is managed exclusively by the Feeling Italy Concierge team and a dedicated wedding planner.

Services: mandatory, provided entirely in-house, and quoted separately.

Services Policy

To ensure consistent service standards, proper coordination and respect for the property, external suppliers and third-party service providers are not permitted.

This includes, but is not limited to, private chefs, catering companies, event vendors, decorators, musicians, photographers, wellness practitioners, transportation providers and other external contractors.

All guest services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy and its approved partners.



Entrance Gate, Parking Area and Villa Entrance Monitoring



Outdoor security cameras are installed and monitor the entrance gate, parking area, and villa entrance for security purposes. No cameras are located inside the house or in private guest areas.
