Magnificent house in quiet area with pool and lots of relaxation

Casa Pollio, is located in a panoramic position in the beautiful Massa Lubrense
The structure consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom. On the first floor the kitchen with exit to the swimming pool, bathroom with shower, living room with television and computer with free internet connection. On the second floor: bathroom with bath, three bedrooms, two doubles and one with twin beds, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. The exterior of the house is wonderful! The huge table and the oven to outdoor relaxing!wood-burning stove with a comfortable enable customers to dine.
With a minimum stay of 7 nights: a fabulous Capri boat excursion included in the price! (from June to September, the boat has a capacity of up to 6 guests, so that from 6 people up the tour will be made in two different days)

Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines. La maison est grande, propre et lumineuse. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine et de la terrasse pour nos soirées. Les environs sont calmes et reposants. Aussi, nous avons pu visiter les environs, notamment la côte Amalfitaine. Le propriétaire, Francesco, est très sympathique et serviable. Nous avons pu faire un tour dans son bateau pour nous amener directement à Capri et visiter les grottes. C'était un moment incroyable. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et nous y retournerons sans hésitation !

Une piscine excellente

Maison spacieuse, piscine exceptionnelle, climatisation uniquement dans les chambres mais impossible de dormir avec trop bruyante. Manque d'ustensiles de cuisines, rarement d'eau chaude, trop de bruit du fait de travaux dans la maison proche.

Meget rent og velholdt både inde og udendørs.

Dejligt roligt sted, hvor udendørs område er meget velholdt med blomster og citrontræer. Alt er i bedste stand både indendørs og udendørs. Udlejer Pollio Francesco er meget imødekommende og en dejlig sejltur i hans båd til Capri med 3 1/2 times ophold på øen, og så hjemtur med sejltur hele vejen rundt om Capri. Francesco taler kun lidt engelsk, men det gik nogenlunde med at forstå det han fortalte på turen. Kommunikation omkring praktiske oplysninger på engelsk foregik gennem hans søster Angela pr. telefon eller sms. Der kører busser 5 minutters gang fra huset fra stoppestedet ved Pastena Kirke. Dejligt sted hvis man ønsker at bo lokalt, og ikke blandt andre turister. Her er ikke lyden af støjende turister, men lyde fra lokale hunde der gør, lyde fra køer, grise og vågne op til lyden af en hane. Ville ønske at jeg kunne tale italiensk sådan et sted. Ved ankomst med bus til Pastena Kirke blev vi hentet i bil af Francesco og en anden og kørt den korte tur til huset, hvilken dejlig service, da det var meget varmt. Og i huset var der lidt kolde drikkevarer og en stor kurv med friskplukkede citroner. Vi fik også en stor kurv hjemmeavlede tomater af naboen. Vi var 6 personer(3 generationer) i huset. Det var meget varmt mens vi var der fra 10. Juli 2017 til 18. Juli 2017, så vi var glade for det lækre poolområde med meget ren pool, og den velfungerende aircondition. Det er også dejligt med udekøkken med overdækning for solen, grill, pizzaovn, komfur og vaske. Velfungerende wifi, stor tv i stue, og 1 mindre tv i hver af de 3 soveværelser. Der er 3 dejlige store altaner med udsigt i forskellige retninger, så kan altid finde skygge eller sol efter ønske. De 2 badeværelser var store. Stedet er meget bedre end det fremstår på udlejnings siden, og vi kan varmt anbefale det. Vi vil anbefale stedet til folk vi kender, som vil til Sorrento halvøen. Vi siger tak til Pollio Francesco. Loved our stay , perfect for family. Clean villa and great outdoor facilities

Family holiday to sorrento for wedding. Villa very clean and outdoor facilities excellent from pool to cooking facilities such as BBQ and pizza oven. Owner very kind and helpful and took us a tour of local area to show supermarket, restaurants etc.Located around 15 minutes outside sorrento but on a local bus route which is quick and easy. Only issue was neighbours complained about children playing and making noise in pool between 1.00pm and 4.00pm as during siesta. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this villa.

Great Villa, lovely pool and outside area

5 of us spent 10 days at this villa in July 2015, we had a great time. The villa was brilliant, lovely pool and outside area to eat and just sit and relax. All the bedrooms had air con which was great and really useful at night. The owners were really good and give us lots of useful information. There is a bus stop a short walk from the villa which was great to get into Sorrento which was about 35/40 mins away. The owner Francesco was great and took us on his boat to the Capri and with his cousin who translated for us, showed us the sights and a trip around the whole island. I would definitely recommend this as accommodation as long as you are happy to use the public transport system. Thanks again to the owner.

"Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso questa deliziosa casa. Posto incantevole e strategico sia per fare una vacanza all''insegna della cultura, sia per quella tutto mare. Immersa nella tranquillità ma a soli 20 minuti da Sorrento, la casa è molto pulita con tutti i comfort necessari (aria condizionata, lavatrice, tv in ogni camera). Infine i proprietari della casa sono persone davvero gentili e disponibili. Che altro dire... ci ritornerò sicuramente"

"Après plus de 15h00 de voyage,accueil chaleureux et sympathique de Francesco et d''Angela(qui parle français).Très belle villa mitoyenne(propre et fonctionnelle)dans un lotissement calme et sécurisé;très bien située à 15mn de Sorrente et au centre du triangle Le Vésuve Capri et la Cote Amalfitaine.Magnifique région.Location à recommander.Grand merci à Angela pour le porte feuille."

Belle maison

Maison spacieuse,propre,très bel extérieur.Angela parle très bien le français ce qui nous a facilité l'accueil.Le seul problème a été de trouver la maison car nous n'avions pas le numéro de téléphone et il n'y a pas de nom de rue.Il manque quelques instruments de cuisine.L'endroit est bien situé entre Naples,Capri et la côte Almafitaine.Le propriétaire n'a pas pu nous emmener à Capri sur son bateau car nous étions 10 et son bateau n'a que 7 places.Nous recommandons cette maison.

Avis sur location villa a massa lubrense

Propriétaire sympathique.villa bien située géographiquement pour la découverte de la région. Cependant, il n'est pas mentionné sur le descriptif qu'il s'agit d'une villa jumelée dans un lotissement. On s'attend a une villa individuelle d'après les photos. De même , il est mentionné qu'il est compris dans le prix une ballade en bateau à capri. Il n'en est rien car le propriétaire a essayé de modifie cette prestation sur le site.satisfait dans l'ensemble .

Massa Lubrense : une visite à Aristophane

L'accueil du proprietaire et de sa nièce (parlant trés bien le français) vous plonge rapidement dans la douceur de vivre en campanie. Ce séjour a été trés sympathique, sportif pour se baigner mais la maison permet un repos trés mérité. L'installation de la cuisine externe est une trés bonne idée. Merci encore Aristophane disait "chez moi, c'est là ou je me sens bien", alors Massa Lubrense est dorénavant un "chez moi". Adel ben ali

Fantastico!

Siamo stati benissimo, nella casa non mancava nulla, piscina con lettini e doccia all'esterno, barbecue, enorme tavolata all'esterno con forno per la pizza, fornello e lavandino esterno, calcetto per i bimbi ecc..... Strada privata con parcheggio, casa molto spaziosa e comoda. La location è in zona centrale ed abbastanza vicina sia alla costa sorrentina che amalfitana. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.

"Quel plaisir d’arriver, ...

"Quel plaisir d’arriver, après 15 heures de route, dans une maison très confortable, d’une très grande propreté et de plus où les lits sont faits. L’intérieur aussi bien que les extérieurs sont aménagés avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avions loué la maison entière car nous étions 4 couples, et avons apprécié les 3 salles de bain. La maison très spacieuse est située dans un ensemble sécurisé et fermé. Tous les matins, le temps nous a permis de prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse et ensuite nous partions à la découverte de cette belle région : Côte Almafitaine, Pompeï, Vésuve, Herculanum, Naples, La Solfatare de Pozzuoli etc…… Le propriétaire et sa nièce qui parle le Français sont très accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour et conseillons vivement cette location. "

"Nous avons passé un EXCELLENT séjour. Les propriétaires sont adorables et nous ont donné d''excellentes adresses de restaurant. La maison est très confortable et très bien agencée. La piscine est parfaite. le deuxième appartement n''était pas loué, nous avons donc pu profité de la terrasse et de la piscine seuls. De plus, le bus passe à côté, nous avons fait toutes nos visites en bus et train, c''était super!! Les commerçants de Santa Agata sont aussi très bien (ravioli frais, mozzarella, fruits et légumes..)"

"Très bon accueil des propriétaires. La nièce de Francesco parle très bien le français et est d''une extrême gentillesse. La maison est d''une grande propreté, très bien agencée, la literie est bonne. L''extérieur est aménagé avec goût, très fleuri : piscine, cuisine d''été, plusieurs terrasses, barbecue, maison dans parc sécurisé et fermé, place de parking pour voiture ce qui permet de rentrer à toute heure, sans problème. Accès internet gratuit. Si vous avez un moment, n''oubliez pas de faire une petite escapade pour prendre un repas gargantuesque chez AGRITURISMO PODERE DON PEPPE 1884, toujours à Massa Lubrense. Vous serez reçus à bras ouverts par toute l''équipe et surtout vous vous régalerez avec plein de petits plats typiquement italiens et très bons. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation, elle vous permettra de découvrir toute la côte amalfitaine, sans oublier Naples, Pompéi, le Vésuve, etc...."

"Cette location nous a permis de passer une excellente semaine sur la cote amalfitaine. La maison est très confortable avec trois avantages importants : la piscine, le coin barbecue et la climatisation dans les chambres. Sa proximité avec le Vésuve, Pompéi et toutes les richesses de cette belle région ont permis d''ajouter une note culturelle aux vacances. Nous avons très bien été accueillis par le propriétaire et sa nièce qui sont disponibles et très sympathique. Je conseille sans aucune hésitation cette location. "

"The house was lovely, very clean and spacious and the pool was a real highlight, perfect after a busy day sightseeing. We were slightly surprised by the situation of the villa, which is semi detached on a small gated estate without any seaview, as from the description we understood it to be overlooking the sea with a view of Capri. This did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the holiday in a beautiful area of Italy."

"Todo perfecto, tal como ...

"Todo perfecto, tal como esta publicado, el departamento estaba recien restaurado, impecable!! El entorno es muy agradable y tranquilo. El clima no ayudo y no pudimos usar la pileta, pero si hubo que encender la calefaccion. Francesco y Angela excepcionales! Muy atentos y amables, ante el minimo inconveniente lo solucionaron en tiempo record. Si creo que es importante contar con vehiculo para moverse comodamente y disfrutar recorriendo la zona."
