The villa has a private swimming pool on the panoramic patio overlooking the sea of Nerano and the panoramic hills of Massa Lubrense. The whole area around the pool is equipped with sun loungers and other comfortable seats, various cornerns to relax and enjoy the shade of the trees that surround and the entire property.

The large patio is also equipped with a built-in barbecue and several corners equipped for outdoor dining. A pizza oven is available just on request and by paying a supplement.

The villa is adorable on one level and can accommodate up to 6 people.
