Room was nice and parking was great and the highlights for me; the view from the outside and the limited hours of the staff were not important to me.

I Never ever want to stay at that nasty disgusting place again. On my arrive as I check in and went to my room omg. It’s was so nasty and smelling it was a shame. The bathroom toilet was nasty you can see dirty in the toilet and the place had like hair all On the carpet like some one before had a dog or something in there and the bed cover had hair on it. So i went back to check in and show them what was going on. It took them an hour to give me what I thought was a clean room for me and my family it was worst. Same building same smelling hallway and it was room next to the other room they gave me. The second place has an odor all threw the inside and couches was to nasty to sit on and we didn’t Same thing toilet was nasty. Which i had to clean and the beds had dirty sheets on them and kitchen was nasty, stove nasty. This was a horrible stay and at Checkout i told The manager how unhappy i was with my stay and showed him the pictures of ants each day in the rooms all on the bed. Ants everywhere and i did call to desk they did nothing and the toilet stayed stop up. My husband had unstop because they was gone for the day. My whole vacation was a disaster. I never stay there again. They fool you by they landscaping which is nice. Much nicer and well kept then they property They have nothing on Reunion. That who I deal with and I’m fighting to get some of my resort fee back for awful stay. Never again. Please don’t stay here
