"The lodge is good with a nice view to the ocean and the staff are great. We did not enjoy the lodge food and it's expensive for the quality we tasted. There aren't any nearby dinning places near the lodge and not is the place convenient for transportation to go to other places "

The hotel itself is newer so it’s really clean and the rooms are quite spacious. We only had the breakfast at the hotel and they had a lot of good options. "The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We always looked forward to the meals because the food was delicious and great conversation with the staff. They made us feel at home, I wished we had stayed longer! It was my fiance’s birthday and they made it as special as possible, they made him his favourite dish and had a birthday song performance that left him beaming from ear to ear. It was truly a memorable stay at Zanzi. A beautiful hideaway from the world, the villa was spectacular...

But the staff were all super nice and helpful. The people in Zanzibar are pretty nice and fantastic though, so there’s that. "
