Wir (2 Familie mit 3 Kindern) haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Umgebung ist ruhig und man ist ganz für sich! Kann somit auch mal ein bisschen lauter sein! Die Kommunikation mit Maria hat gut geklappt! Der Check ist durch eine Self Check-in ohne Probleme möglich! Für uns sieben war es ein bisschen wenig Geschirr! Was aber mit der vorhandenen Spülmaschine kein Problem war! Der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber! Leider waren 2 Liegen nicht mehr ganz in Takt! Leider kommen Abends relativ viele Mücken, so dass es fast nicht möglich ist draußen zu sitzen! Hierfür kann Mariia aber nichts! Trotz kleiner Abstriche hat uns unser Aufenthalt bei Mariia sehr gut gefallen!

GROSSE DECEPTION!!!
Maison et abords non préparés à recevoir des locataires champ partiellement fauché, terrasses recouvertes d' herbes sèches, pleine de toiles d'araignée, présence d'essaims d'abeille, mobilier de jardin succinct sale en quantité insuffisante, piscine à eau verte trouble et malodorante, robot non vidé sur la plage en bois à lattes cassées avec des vis rouillées apparentes. Environnement non entretenu, poubelle extérieure non vidée. Entretien intérieur très médiocre, finitions douteuses, éléments de cuisine gras, vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine restreints, four très sale micro onde hors service, manques par rapport au listing (grille pain...) salle de bains aux carrelages cassés, baies vitrées sales et une fêlée, aucune notice d'emploi concernant la climatisation et les autres matériels. Pas d'accueil physique, pas d'état des lieux. Nous avons contacté la propriétaire dès le lendemain de notre arrivée et avons listé tous les sujets évoqués précédemment , faisant part de notre vif mécontentement. Plusieurs échanges par mail ont ponctué notre séjour photos à l'appui en notant que rien n'a été résolu .Piscine non utilisable pourtant point fort de notre choix. La propriétaire a proposé une indemnisation sans suivi d'effet et a même cessé toute discussion avec nous dès le jeudi. Nous déconseillons fortement cette location. Propriétaire malhonnête non respectueuse de ses locataires et de ses engagements. Et attention moustiques !
