"Good location close to train station & bus & tram stops Good breakfast tho a bit more space would be good. It did get crowded Minimal sound proofing. Trams outside were too loud & I was on the 15th floor. Bring ear plugs. Mattress too hard"

One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary ramen served in the evening, which was a nice and thoughtful touch after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel itself was comfortable, and the hot springs facilities were a great way to relax. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely stay here again."

There are a lot of stairs within the actual room itself, which is a trip hazard in the middle of the night. We checked out a day early as the bed was very uncomfortable and very low to the ground. "
