We found the property to be dated, ask for a mattress topper on the bed. The staff was accommodating when we had a leak in the room and moved us to another upon our request.

This hotel is a gem, and the staff is incredible. The location was great for us. It is close to restaurants where locals actually eat and a short walk to all the major tourist locations.
We loved our room with its towering ceilings and giant chandeliers. Every morning we woke up excited to have breakfast at the hotel, which was the best breakfast we had in Italy. It was delicious.
The staff made everything very easy. I booked water transfers through the hotel, and they delivered perfect service. All we had to do was enjoy our trip.
We were greeted at the train station and escorted to our waiting water taxi. We attended a gala dinner for Festa Del Redentore. The water taxi to dinner was right on time. The transfer to the airport was also perfect. If you let the wonder staff handle the logistics, you will have an amazing trip.
They also offer a great tour of Murano. We were shocked to learn that there is no cost for the water taxi to and from Murano when planned with the hotel.
We stayed at great properties in Rome and Florence, but this hotel in Venice was the best stay of our trip.
Venice is already a special place, but a great hotel like this one makes it a 10/10.

We LOVE this hotel. So much so we changed our reservation last minute to come BACK to Rosa Salva (we were supposed to stay closer to the airport at the tail end of a cruise) The room we got this time A105 had the biggest double shower ever. And my 15 year old loved that you could synch up your phone to the shower speakers. The front desk takes care of all transport to and from airport, if requested and for a cost. We will definitely only stay here should we find ourselves lucky enough to be back in Venice

Beautiful hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Room was quite spacious and very clean. Great breakfast and staff very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

"If you plant to trip Venezia, it is good option to stay in Mestre. This hotel located near to station, supermarket and restaurants. Hotel seems newly builted, room condition is very nice It also has parking lot too. If I visit Venezia later, I will consider this hotel for accomodation in my 1st option. ..."
