Windsor was a good base for exploring Milan. Hotel a little tired in many places and breakfast area quite cramped and busy. But we enjoyed it for what it was as we were out daytime and evening anyway.

No value for money, you pay 1300 dollars per night for a small room that doesn't even have a toothbrush, and once you leave, they charge you 85 dollars extra per night as a tip for the staff plus another 20-30 dollars for unknown fees.
