Auberge du Puits
Auberge du Puits"This is beautiful and quirky hotel in an old part of the town centre of Souillac. Owners appeared to be welcoming and charismatic. Lady owner communicates in English if struggling to speak in French. Rooms presented to be very nice and clean, while beds very comfortable. Bathroom appeared to be clean but would benefit from a little renovation. There is shower in the bathtub but no rail to attach it, which was a little bit inconvenient. There is cafe and dinning room downstairs, which seems to...
"The room was clean and comfortable but small and the wifi didn’t work in our room though the staff tried but never fixed it"

"Good value for money and the room was reasonably big."
Le Relais des 5 Chateaux
Le Relais des 5 Chateaux"Somewhat mixed feelings. We arrived and the budget room we had booked was tiny and had no draw space to put clothes and only a rail to hang things. We chose the hotel as it was out of the town but had a restaurant, unfortunately it was not open on the night we arrived (Friday night!) so we had to walk the busy road...
Lapausedegout
Lapausedegout"The host was very friendly and helpful. The room is nicely decorated and cleans with very comfortable mattress and pillows. Sadly, we didn't get a chance to use the pool, as it is only open from 4pm to 7pm."
