"Great stay"

"This has to be the best Hotel we have ever stayed at! Everything was excellent...Clean hotel, Large room, Beds were so comfortable, Very friendly staff, Nice breakfast bar and Loved having access to the Shuttle to and from OSU Medical Center! We stayed 3 nights on 2nd floor and it was so quiet! Would definitely recommend and especially for going back and forth to OSU Hospital or University.....only .6 mile away from both!"

"I originally reserved the hotel for 2 nights but when i saw the Beds were actually full size bed instead of Queen size in which they advertised. I was disappointed and moved.my 2nd night to different location. "

"We actually didn’t get to stay! We booked through expedia and unfortunately the booking went through even though there were no rooms available. It was naturally disappointing but we can't sat enough good things about the staff. The management was attentive and appoligetic. She gave us food vouchers to dine in and the wait staff was kind and informed on our issue. They treated us so well thar we will absolutely be back to enjoy the full experience. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! "
