Sleeps 6: Two bedrooms, each with a plush queen-sized bed. The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa for guests. One bathroom fully stocked with essentials. Kitchen fully stocked with essentials including spices and cooking oils.

-Dispose of trash inoutdoor garbage can located on the west side of the house -If outdoor grill was used, verify that propane is off

-Lock back door to laundry room -Securely close front door and screen -Return key to lockbox. Press any key to lock box after closing

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

• Quiet hours between 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM • No parties, loud disturbances, or noise nuisance are allowed or tolerated

• Enjoy the patio deck, grill, backyard, and fire pit, but please use caution and clean up after use

• Washer/dryer available for guest use. Do not overload • Dispose of trash in the outdoor garbage bin located on the west side of the house
