"The view and deck were the main attractions. Also very relaxing to use the hot tub on lower level. Cabin was rustic. Deck furniture could have been more comfortable but was adequate. A steep hill to go up and down with bags/luggage."

"Clean and homey lakeside house. This house is not super fancy which is reflected in the affordable price. Accurate photos and descriptions. Check in/out directions clear and easy. I would stay here again for sure!"

"Beautiful location in the woods and close proximity to the beach. Charming cabin that had great amenities. The bedroom was sufficient but very tight quarters. Quiet and lovely relaxing stay overall. We walked to the beach and saw a seal playing peek a boo with us in the waves."

Dreamlike Lakefront Cabin on Lake Sutherland

"Views and the dock/lake were so amazing. The house does attract a lot of spiders and there was some dinginess to the bathroom/cabinets. The accommodations were a bit more worn, sparse, and dingy than we’d expect at this price point, which was disappointing. The bunk beds and the room setup is also a bit limiting (only for two adults, 4 if they are children) and sheets, blankets, were dirty. Unfortunately the owners didn’t really do anything at all to make us feel welcome as we’ve experienced in other rentals. However, the location can’t be beat, and it was a really special experience overall because of it."

"The place was surprisingly clean and well maintained. For the location you’d expect to see a lot more bugs, and we saw basically none, except for the spiders around the patio and stairs (probably helping limit other bugs).Great location! We paddle boarded every day.The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small. There was no AC but several fans including a window fan that helped us cool the place at night"
