"This is a Cooperstown gem! Sandra is a great host and very responsive. As for the property, a great location and short ride from Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Plenty of space for a few families and the adjacent cottage was an added bonus that let us spread out a little more. Can't forget the pool out back and the woods all around. Highly recommend to all looking!"

"Oaks Creek Cottage met all our needs and expectations.the rooms were spacious and cozy. We loved the fire pit by the creek and enjoyed a sunny afternoon with drinks and books to read.The location was within a few miles of all our activities.We recommend the cottage. "

"Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. The layout of the farmhouse was nice with the three bedrooms. My...
