"I picked this hotel for the shuttle service from airport, but they use a sister property's shuttle which makes it inconvenient and you feel like you are bothering them. They first gave me a room that was undergoing renovations. So had to go back to desk to get another room. Breakfast was the only amenity I used. Their pool, while still open this late in the year, but too chilly to use IMO."

"Such a fun experience for my family. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Because it's Maine in Sept, nights were in the high 40s, which was too cold for our infant. The staff brought us two space heaters for the night to keep us cosy. I plan to stay at another huttopia location in the future."
