"We were there for 3 days and had to complain about the hot tubs not functioning twice. I was told by a local that has an out of season pass to use facilities that one of the hot tubs had been broken for many many months. Why not just put a sign out that is a kiddie pool and call it done? Why keep calling it a hot tub when everyone on your staff knows it will never have hot water in it? Why put staff and guests through a continuous "Is the hot tub working" loop? Why have staff lying to guests about the hot tub? The place was very clean and staff was efficient. We had one meal at hotel restaurant and it was tasty. Would definitely consider staying here again if I knew hot tubs would stay hot. Very disappointing to book a place that advertises a specific amenity only to find out it is very unreliable."

"I wouldn't ever stay here again. They are LATE all the time getting people checked in. Ive seen people have to wait HOURS after check in time. It happened literally every day we stayed people had to wait for their rooms to be ready."

"I didn’t expect much for a motel but it was cleaner than better hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff was great, checking with us when they saw us out and about to see if everything was ok or if I needed anything. A quick walk to the boardwalk too. I will gladly stay here again!"

"very outdated, and dirty. Non of the towels felt clean as there was always some staining, the sheets had a smell and so did the room. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Only good thing was the beach access and the beautiful beach"

"The location was decent, but there was limited areas to be on the beach as everything was divided from the private beaches. But unfortunately my room was dirty, sheets were stained and had burnt cigarette marks. The house keeper didn't come in to replace towels when they were supposed to. We had to track them down to ask for some. The mini fridge was completely frozen over at the top. And the soda can drink holder was missing. And we had people outside our door blasting music and smoking weed every night. Also the Laundry dryer was sketchy to use."

"Fantastic stay! Clean room, easy check in. Amazing breakfast, spacious rooms, and great happy hour! Will definitely return. A quick 2 minute walk to the beach; white sand, pristine water. Loved our stay!"
