My room was stunning and bed was super comfortable. I rated the hotel a bit lower because I had a rough experience. My room wasn’t ready until 6 pm so I missed by evening plans after a long day of travel. The staff was accommodating- They fed me and provided an additional credit to compensate me for the inconvenience. Food service at the beach was quite slow and I ended up getting food poising later that night. They did an investigation into what the cause could be and provided me some spring waters. If I chose to stay here again, I would probably just not order food at the beach and call ahead to ensure my room is ready before I arrive. Again, I really loved my room, but my experience was unfortunately tainted by a few experiences.

Well located, on beach but no parking other than valet. Taxi ride into south beach itself. Friends who visited me had a problem parking and had to pay the high parking fees
Forget the complimentary cycle for 1 hour. Nobody to help you and you have to arrange it all on an app. Easier to pay for it elsewhere if you want to cycle.
No balcony on the suite I was in, disappointing
