"Collin's apartment was the perfect home base for exploring the charming town of Newburyport. We absolutely fell in love with the area, and this flat provided an ideal location to experience everything this wonderful coastal community has to offer.Collin proved to be an excellent host throughout our stay. He was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The flat was exactly as described in the listing - no surprises, just honest representation of what to expect. As someone who has been enjoying country living for the past 20 years, I had forgotten some of the realities of "quintessential city living". The regular garbage pickup did interrupt our morning sleep on occasion, and the bathroom is compact compared to what we're used to at home. However, these are simply the trade-offs that come with urban convenience and location - not flaws with the property itself.Despite these minor adjustments to city life, neither would prevent us from rebooking this apartment. The location, Collin's hospitality, and the authentic Newburyport experience we enjoyed far outweigh any small inconveniences."
"I had a 3 day workshop with my dog in the area and did a combo girls weekend. The place was perfect for 5 of us plus the pooch. Collin was super helpful and responsive. Lots of cute places to check out in town too!"
