"Marlies and her husband served us a special and beautiful breakfast buffet. The peace and quiet of their hotel and surrounding felt amazing! We needed a last moment stay and chose Hotel Lucia. We arrived late and there was a nice vending machine available where you could choose dryed sausages and even a variety of beer an wine!! We were pleased with our room and especially with the thoughtful service from the owners."

After traveling through Germany, France, Switzerland, and Italy while spending over 17 days in various hotels and resort, this property certainly ranked high in our book. "This hotel has self check-in and check-out and nobody is around so it’s all a bit strange. There was someone working at the coffee shop at one point but we had no interaction with anyone from the hotel. We went to get a cup of coffee from the amenity station..and there was no hot water or coffee available…and of course the coffee shop was closed. Hard to rate customer service when there is literally no service! It was clean and the bed was comfortable. No real complaints, just a strange...

"Spectacular view of the valley from this hotel! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Conveniently located next to a bus stop, and our hotel stay included bus passes which was very helpful for getting around. The breakfast spread was excellent!"

"In a surprise but not all bad the check in was with a machine. Everything went well and we were quickly in our room. The room was excellent. Good bed plenty of room very good bathroom. I highly recommend staying here. The free parking a big plus"

"Phenomenal view from the balconies and the restaurant. Loved having beers on that deck at night and the great breakfast they offered in the morning. We arrived later than planned but the staff accommodated us well and made sure we had a pleasant time. Only downside is the drive up that mountain on small roads. It's natural for such a remote place with mountain views and quietness but be prepared for a longer drive than it looks (google maps shows a 8km from the city but due to those roads...
