Beautiful property, amazing food, and extremely helpful staff. Only negative was that there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room on arrival.

Our stay at Abi d’Oru was simply unforgettable and exceeded all of our expectations. From the very first welcome to our final farewell, every member of the team made us feel genuinely cared for. Everyone greeted us with warm smiles, kindness, and sincere hospitality throughout our stay. Before we even arrived, the concierge team helped us organize transfers and excursions with great patience and professionalism, making our trip completely stress-free. Once we arrived, every interaction with the staff at the front, the restaurants, the pool, actually everywhere was wonderful. In fact, there were so many people who made our stay special that it became impossible to remember every name—we wish we could thank each of them personally. The natural beauty surrounding the resort is breathtaking. The crystal-clear sea, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful gardens created the perfect place to relax and enjoy precious family time. This trip was especially meaningful because it was our daughter’s last family vacation before she begins her professional career next year. Thanks to everyone at Abi d’Oru, it became a truly unforgettable memory that our family will cherish forever. We also love the beautiful souvenir from the hotel, which we will treasure as a reminder of our wonderful stay. Thank you to everyone at Abi d’Oru for making us feel so welcome. A lot to unpack here but basically I would not come back. The best way to summarize it is this is a decent 4 star hotel but a terrible 5 star hotel. They say they are one and they charge like there are one but they are far from it. To start is they forgot to pick me up from the airport. They did compensate by giving me a free lunch but neither the concierge nor the manager came to apologize. The rooms are super small and all furniture is dated. They are patches on the wall for repairs that are poorly done. The beach is super far from the hotel. The property feels dated. The silver lining are some of the people that you can tell they try really hard. A couple of male staff were great but I neglected to ask for their names and one lifeguard named Guisy was extremely helpful and friendly like you expect. Also an older lifeguard at the beach was great. Also the restaurant Giusto is worth its price. Solid dinner. But I paid 1000 euros per room. If you are going to charge me that you need to deliver on all fronts.
