I like that it was close to everything I needed within walking distance.
Also, the no smoking 20 feet from the door.

so so
Linens were clean and heater worked, but the building is in poor shape. All we were there for was to sleep, and we did that.

It was ok. It was not expensive, so you get what you pay for, but it was clean so we appreciate that. It was nice that we could park a few feet from our room so it didn't take much to bring our luggage in.
There was no microwave but I noticed they did have one in the office, but only when we were leaving the next morning. We just needed a room to stay to stay over night so we wouldn't have to drive late at night, so it worked for us.

They gave our room away. No phone number to call and explain why we were late. Weather conditions were awful

Was Only staying to sleep for a few hrs so it is was it is. So wasn’t even gonna be in room besides sleeping. The shower has no pressure an water didn’t stay warm.
Turn the bed down and it had body hair all in the bedding. The bed was extremely dirty as well as the shower. Went to use the towel and it smelled of old damp feet. I checked out a day early and requested a refund and was denied. I left anyway, I would have rather slept in my truck.
Consider the price. For that, the quality of the stay is excellent. My room was very clean (bathroom, floors, linens), the bed was comfortable, the lighting was better than a lot of hotels and the wifi was fast.
As a business traveller, its location was convenient, and I felt perfectly safe for my entire stay.
holes in the walls. no hot water, booked room for 4 people had two towels asked for more didn't receive, the carpet was sticky, outlets missing covers, beds were split open, gap in the door that let bugs in, said there would be a microwave there wasn't one.
No phones in room, no ice machine (they give you a sandwich bag of ice when you check in if you ask for it--yes thats right, a SANDWICH bag). After 10:30 P.M. management does not open office door for any reason (there is a sign that lets you know). Bad part of town, locals informed us that this is known as the "Hooker Hotel".
This place is horrible no hot water the heat did not work and it was 34 degrees out side we had to leave and check in to another hotel I would not recommend this place to anyone
The doors are thin so you can hear everything happening outside. Like the angry dude who wanted to get into the room next door, banging and yelling for the guy inside to let him in at 4 am. Or the big tucks roaring by all night long. If that doesn't keep you up, maybe the noise of your neighbors will. The walls are super thin, so you can hear everything happening in the rooms around you (our neighbor's cell phone ringing at 5 am woke me up). The curtains hang away from the wall so light seeps in from the outside lamp over the windows. The carpet made my feet black. The bathroom tiles made my shoes sticky. Surfaces were questionable. The sheets seemed clean, but there were cigarette burns all over the synthetic blanket. Our non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale cigarettes. Bit of a language barrier with the owners - I spoke to a man with poor English about needing an 11pm check in, and then got a call during dinner the day of check in asking if I was coming. At least they did hold the room for me (since I'd already paid and all), but I didn't really sleep.
We pulled into parking lot to first see a dumpster diver, the hotel attendant was hard to understand and couldn't even give us directions to the casino, the room was musty, extremely dusty, carpet filthy, my feet were black from walking on it, we ran out of toilet paper with no extra roll in the room, the extended stay residents were loud and obnoxious and had people knocking on their door all hours of the night, lots of cop cars patrolling area so it must be a bad part of town. Definitely will not be returning!
Had to get the manager to unlock the door every time I left-key card didn't work. Lock wasn't fixed until the last day of stay. Holes in bedcovers. Dirty walls, door, floor. Had a mouse get on the desk where it got into some crackers. Had to make sure food wasn't left out. Saw the mouse two days. Loud tenants in other rooms cussing all hours of the night.
It was horrible. Got there the first night and the man had to let us on the room as the door lock was broke....The ice machine was broke and the room was filthy... Holes in the walls, curtains, and linens. The beds were worn down. Moved to another room and was pretty much in the same condition. The outlets were so loose we were afraid to use them.
