Property owner is fantastic and communicates well and in a timely manner. Very friendly, kind and understanding. The place very nice in a secure neighborhood, very quiet, easy parking, comfortable bed. As advertised.

Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Room was quiet, clean, ample, comfortable. Window view beautiful with garden view and flowers. We will plan to stay again on future visits to our family.

Lovely home accommodations
Our hosts were very gracious and accommodating. My wife & I were on a road trip visiting family friends so the time we spent at our VRBO location was limited. We will stay here again when the need arise to visit the Bay Area again.

Great place for Martinez visit
This was my first experience with VRBO and it did not disappoint. The hosts went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable. The house was quiet at night so great for a good night's sleep.
