We took a family trip with seven children under 7 (including three babies/infants). There were high chairs, pack and plays, etc. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen to be very well outfitted.
The river access is not ideal for younger kids, but we found a couple of shallow areas where they could play with adults supervising carefully. Haleigh told us the river was a bit higher than usual, so it might be a little less stressful with a lower water flow. Just know that there is no "beach" type area, but you access the river via a metal stairway down a fairly steep bank.
The listing did NOT include a photo of our favorite room... a game room with air hockey table. That was a pleasant surprise and also provided a place for early rising kids to go where they would not wake up the late sleepers.
All in all, we had a blast and would visit again.
