Paradise in Martina Franca

A group of 6 friends, we stayed at this beautiful trullo. We arrived late and it was a bit hard for me to find the location of the lock box. Franck immediately helped me find it and get situated. His communication was above and beyond. The home is in a peaceful location with plenty of room for us to spend time together. The home was stocked with supplies in consideration of guests arriving late and unable to get to a store until the next day. The trullo was clean and a lovely way to spend our final days in Italy. I will absolutely stay again when I go back to the Puglia region.

A very spoiling holiday

The house is beautifully restored bythe owners who have taken immense trouble in creating the perfect trullo paradise. The layout suited our group of adults perfectly. The swimming pool is recently built and very well maintained. The host has gone to a lot of trouble to provide a very comprehensive guide of the local restaurants. Warmly recommend this house.

Back in Martina Franca after 18 years - couldn't be any better.

For 18 years we have been discussing spending our summer vacation in Martina Franca (we lived there for a year back in 2004/2005). 2023 would be the year to do it, we found a house 200 meter away from our old house - Franck and Nathalies wonderful 'Trullo Panna Fragola'. We wouldn't hesitate renting the house again, communication with Franck and Nathalie, the house, facilities, restaurant recommendations etc. has been just perfect. The only issue would be lack of air conditioning, we stayed in a week with temperatures reaching 42°C, this after a periode of hot weather, usually a trulli has a self cooling mechanism because of the thick walls, but after weeks of hot weather, they become warm as well. But again, I wouldn't install AC in a trulli, it would ruin the authenticity - just take a swim in the pool.

Dit huis heeft alles dat je zoekt voor een ontspannen vakantie: mooie slaapkamers, goede badkamers, mooi zwembad, grote barbecue. Echt top! Het is duidelijk dat de eigenaar van dit huis er zelf ook verblijft! Er zit liefde in, alles is netjes afgewerkt en er is niets kapot of niet helemaal in orde. De eigenaar is goed te bereiken, en reageert snel en adequaat.Het huis is gelegen op een redelijk afgelegen plek, maar is toch makkelijk te bereikend. Voordeel is dat het weg is uit de drukte en dat je echt fijn kunt ontspannen! Voor ons met 6 personen was het absoluut de moeite waard.De eigenaar Franconia per chat

Un moment inoubliable en famille dans une maison magnifique et typique. Le cadre est magique avec une décoration qui mêle le moderne et l’histoire de la région. Interessantes Wohnen

Sehr große, saubere Anlage mit altem Baumbestand, der für natürlichen Schatten sorgt. Man kann wunderbar die Liegestühle genießen und ungestört lesen oder einfach nur relaxen. Durch den Schatten aber kann sich der Pool, zu dieser Jahreszeit, nicht mehr richtig aufheizen und das Schwimmen ist nur ein kurzes „Vergnügen“. Das Highlight ist der große Gemeinschaftsraum, der für 8 Leute genügend Platz, auch für lange Abend bietet. 3 Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen aber auf den engen, unbeleuchteten Straßen nicht ganz ungefährlich. Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke das wir da sein durften.
