Villa Caraitria by Pugliadamare
- The villa is situated in the Itria Valley. It comprises three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a large living room overlooking the swimming pool. The apartment is equipped with every comfort for a relaxing holiday, central air conditioning, kitchen and an external wood-fired oven with the option upon request to organise culinary evenings, large external TV with surround sound system. There is an area equipped as a gym and entertainment space with treadmill, exercise bike and table football/foosball.
Guests have exclusive free access to every area. The large salt-water swimming pool is open from May to October.
From 1 October to 30 April a heating supplement of €15 per day is charged.
Tourist tax to be paid in cash at check-in (€1 per person per night for the first 5 days)
The village of Martina Franca, where the villa is located, is very characteristic and fascinating.
I advise guests to travel by car.
