A charming room, perfect for two people and equipped with all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay. The accommodation is located right in the city centre (ZTL), in a historic building that retains its charming architectural features, such as stone walls and vaulted ceilings. All essential amenities are within easy reach, and all points of interest are a short distance away, easily accessible on foot. The Martina Franca train station is a 15-minute walk away.



The room, approximately 20 square metres, is located on the ground floor of a historic building (please note there are two steps at the entrance) and features a private entrance from the street. It includes a double bed, an open closet with hangers, a smart TV, a dining table, and split-system air conditioning. It also features a mini-fridge with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall.

Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, a clothes drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board. Towels and bed linens are included (with optional changes available for a fee).

The historic centre is marvellous, full of monumental buildings and churches, including the famous 18th-century Basilica of San Martino, rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant’Antonio, which houses a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from whom the Valle d’Itria takes its name. Don’t miss a visit to the Palazzo Ducale, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale with its shaded paths adorned with neoclassical fountains. Also not to be missed is a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous worldwide for its trulli, and to the beautiful town of Locorotondo.
