"Not a 5-start hotel but not intended to be, rather a bohemian small hotel with GREAT service and GREAT small extra touches like the morning breakfast… and a GREAT location for visiting UO. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Nice room, comfortable bed, loved the pillows! Bathroom was a bit small but worked. Great location - lots of restaurants within walking distance. The indoor pool and hot tub looked nice but we didn't have a chance to use them."

"We stayed at this home during the first round of the college football championship in Eugene, and it was the perfect place for our group. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. The house had plenty of space for our large group, and even though we were out most of the weekend for football events, it still felt warm, welcoming, and fully stocked with everything we needed. If we’re ever back in Eugene, we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience"
"The guest house was easy to find and instructions were clear. Very clean and host added touches like snacks, having milk/eggs in the fridge. Beds were very comfortable. We'd stay here again. "
"This house was exactly as it appears in the listing. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Very close to the UofOregon campus. We had no issue getting around Eugene, even on gameday against Indiana, with ESPN Gameday in town. There were 8 grown men in our group (reunion) and it was very comfortable for that number. Everyone got their own bed. We have zero complaints about this place and highly recommend it. "
