About this property

Authentic Montana log cabin, 15 min to Glacier. Queen bed + twin bunks, full kitchen & covered porch. Real adventure, real comfort — no tent required.

  • Sleeps 4, tucked into the trees 15 minutes from Glacier National Park. Newly renovated in winter 2026, this log cabin has a queen bed, twin bunks for the kids, a kitchenette stocked for slow mornings in, and a covered porch where the tree line does the decorating. After big days in the park, you come back to hot showers, cozy beds, and s'mores by the firepit. Comfortable enough for the parents. Cool enough for the kids. The trip you'll actually talk about.

I am available via the app or text.

Martin City sits just 15 minutes from Glacier National Park's west entrance — close enough to be in the park early, far enough to feel like you've left everything behind. You're also near the town of Columbia Falls for grocery runs, and a short drive from Whitefish or Kalispell if you want a dinner out.

We use digital locks and you will have your own door code.

Where the River Bends — Cabin 2
You've been talking about doing a real family trip. Not another resort. Something your kids will actually remember when they're older. Glacier has been on the list. This is the place that makes it finally happen , without anyone sleeping on the ground.

    The Cabin
Freshly renovated and full of Montana character, this 400 sq ft log cabin fits a family of four comfortably without feeling cramped. There's a queen bed in the bedroom for the parents, plus a solid wood twin bunk bed right alongside it, kids claim their bunk, everyone sleeps well, and nobody's fighting over who gets the bottom.
The décor tells a story before you even unpack: vintage fly-fishing art, a Montana Rivers map, rod-and-reel wall pieces, and a "Go Outside" pillow that says exactly what this trip is about. It's cozy and intentional — the kind of place that feels special the moment you walk through the blue door.
    The Kitchen
No need to eat every meal out. The kitchen has everything you need to make mornings easy: full-size refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, open shelving stocked with dishes, glasses, and everything in between. Make breakfast before the park, pack lunches for the trail, and come home to a relaxed dinner without the scramble.
    The Living Room
After a full day at Glacier, the last thing you want is nowhere to land. Sink into the navy sofa, flip on the flat-screen, or just sit together and talk about what you saw. There's a dining table with seating for four — the kind of space where the kids will actually tell you about their day instead of disappearing into their screens.
    The Bathroom
Clean, renovated, and ready after a long trail day. Marble vanity, white tile walk-in shower, and premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash already stocked. Hot water, fresh towels, and zero camping vibes.
    The Porch
Step outside onto the covered front porch and remember why you made the trip. String lights overhead, towering pines all around, open sky in front of you. There's seating to sit with your coffee before the kids wake up, or a glass of wine after they crash.
    The Property
This is a cabin community — and the shared amenities are exactly what a family trip calls for:

Firepit — S'mores aren't optional. This is the moment your kids will describe to their friends.
Horseshoes & Cornhole — The gap between arriving and dinner just got a lot easier to fill.
On-site Laundry — Pack lighter. Leave cleaner. No overstuffed bags on the drive home.

This trip is for the family that wants to do it right.
Not rugged. Not over-scheduled. Just meaningful — with real beds, a real kitchen, and enough space to breathe. The kind of trip where everyone's actually present, the kids are outside, and you end the week thinking: that felt different than our usual trips.
That's what this cabin is for.

A few things to note: The cabin sleeps up to 4 guests. The bunk bed is twin over twin, great for kids .

Montana is a big place, you will need a car.

Glacier Cabins is a small, cabin community with six cabins total, set among the pines in Martin City, Montana. This cabin is one half of a duplex, sharing an interior wall with one neighboring unit. Inside, it's entirely your own private space. Outside, the shared outdoor amenities are where the magic happens after days in the park.

The feel here is close to a classic Montana fishing camp, quiet, unhurried, and surrounded by trees. Your neighbors are other families and couples here for the same reason you are: to be outside, slow down, and actually enjoy the place. It's a community without the noise. A shared experience without losing your privacy.

We loved our stay! Christian was communicative, helpful, and provided all the resources we needed to enjoy our stay at Glacier! The location is perfect as we were only a ~20 minute drive from West Glacier.
