"Disappointed in my stay, check in via tv screen was a bit strange but it is 2026. The room was basic which I expected but the tv did not work - problem with connection and the fridge didn't work. I had to throw stuff out in the morning. Not good value."

"Video checkin, so no human on site. My room was actually two rooms. The TV was in one on a small desk, with a single dining chair. The bed was in the other. That was it. Nowhere to sit comfortably, nowhere to put things, no way to watch TV comfortably and no human presence to ask for help. Only one ..."
