"The address of the hotel was wrong on the Hotels.com web site. After an anxious hour or so our host was kind enough to come and get us, we were on foot walking the Via Francigena and the additional 4 miles back would have been a killer. Our host arranged for a cab the next morning so we were back on schedule. Worth the cab expense to keep on schedule. Wonderful evening meal and a great hotel. I would visit it again."

"Marco and Sara were both great at communicating the check-in/check-out process. The location was close to Civita walking bridge and Bagnoregio is a quaint city. Le Vie Del West is a sushi restaurant that turned out to have some of the best rice noodle dishes that we’ve had. The house was clean and had a piano our son enjoyed playing. There were also treats left for us which were a welcome site. "

The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. No one replied. The reception is usually alone, and at check out they were...
