Theres a reason why there are limited pictures of the room on your website. There's a lot of stuff in there that made it way more crampt than it needed to be. "I had to remind the host to send me the property information. When I arrived the property was occupied. Host had double booked, didn’t answer the phone, and then I had to book another place to stay last minute and spend 2 hours with customer support to get the refund he promised."
