"The hotel rooms are extremely dated. The carpet near the hotel rooms and inside of the rooms looked grimey and dirty. The beds were sunken and not comfortable. There hand prints on a chair in the room. I have 5 bug bites on my stomach. The room was horrible. The HUGE positive impact were the staff that were helpful and accommodating."

"Very very loud guests, walls are not soundproof. Had to call front desk twice during the night with very loud guests roaming the halls drunk. "

"There was gum stuck to the head board of the bed when we checked in. Took a shower the tub filled with water took hours to drain the shower head looked dirty. The the tub spout leaked when the shower was on. The pool looked dirty didn't go in. Breakfast was good though."

"Front desk staff and woman in breakfast area were very nice and professional. Housekeepers were very rude, asking that we leave our room to clean it at 4pm on Saturday and rushing us to get checked out on Sunday so they could get in the room 3 hours before it was even time for check out. Very disappointed with that and found it to also be rude and unprofessional."
