This lovingly restored schoolhouse offers families and friends a unique opportunity to stay in a piece of living history. It’s a place built for immersing yourself in the tales of generations past while still enjoying modern comforts. With its location just minutes away from the Buffalo National River, it's also the perfect base camp for exploring the area's natural beauty and engaging in outdoor adventures!
The space
The living quarters are set up studio style with the living area, sleeping area, dining area, and kitchenette in one large room. Guests are pleasantly surprised to find it incredibly spacious and perfect for their group get-togethers!

Great place for a girls weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the Historic Schoolhouse! We really liked that all the beds were together, so we didnt have to split up into different rooms. We floated the Buffalo, and the schoolhouse was very convenient to where we needed to be. Overall, a super cute place to stay!

Awesome little school house

This was one of the most unique places we ever stayed in. The whole property was clean and orgainized! Plenty of room for our entire group. The houd dog that came over and hung out with us the best. Such a sweet doggie!

Wonderful!!!

This was more than I expected. There was so much space for our family and the history of the School House a plus. There is a gift shop inside and we bought a few souvenirs. It was a perfect place to stay for our trip to the Buffalo River. I would definitely stay here again.
