Selena is fantastic! She got us into a room right away to get ready for our daughters recital dress rehearsal. Pool area is great for kids. We will do this yearly if things are held in Marshall.

Price point is good and includes a breakfast buffet with good selection on food, a step above you normal continental breakfast. Staff is friendly, easy in and out right off the Highway.

Nothing like the pictures! Room stinked, i had to hold my breath, until eventually got used to it. So sad thinking its a Hampton I was expecting at least clean rooms ! Never again thats for sure...

Erica at the front desk was excellent, kind, super helpful, and very nice with our dog. All the other staff were very friendly as well. The chairs in the room were a bit threadbare but the bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast. Would stay here again.

The place was easy to check in and out. Pet friendly for those with pets. Staff was friendly and our room was clean. The pool was nice but on the smaller size which would be great for the kids.

The night before a Michigan game.
The room (mostly the bathroom) was a little worn. Additionally, they forgot to fill our shampoo bottle. Other than these two things the stay was fine.

Vacuum the stairs.
The stairs looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a while. We always use the stairs instead of the elevator. Breakfast was just ok.

Staff was great. Free breakfast not bad at all. The waffles are delicious! Almost make it all worth it. Place is a little worse for wear. It’s fine overall. The gym is a zero. If you plan on using “the gym”, it’s just a treadmill and a bike. That’s it. Overall it’s fine.

Sister date
We were seeing a concert at the casino and this hotel is perfectly located. The front desk at check in and check out were excellent. They set an example of awesome customer service.
